This is a License, not a Sale. You are licensing access to our data graph.
No Resale. You cannot download our bulk data and launch a competing API.
As-Is Basis. We clean government data, but we cannot guarantee the government is always right. We are not liable for investment losses based on this data.
Institutional Use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing OpenData.London (via API, Snowflake Share, or Web Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. ACCESS & LICENSE

Internal Use:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for internal business analysis.
Commercial Use (API Users):
You may display limited excerpts of the data in customer-facing applications, provided you do not replicate the core functionality of London DB (i.e., you cannot build a "White Label Data Market").
Attribution:
Public-facing applications must attribute data to "Source: OpenData.London / [Original Gov Source]."

3. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the Alliela AI source code.
  • Share your API keys or Snowflake credentials with third parties.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including scraping personal data in violation of GDPR.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or disrupt the integrity of our API.

4. DATA ACCURACY & LIABILITY

"As Is" Data:
We aggregate data from official sources (TfL, Land Registry, etc.). While we normalize and clean this data, we cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy.
No Investment Advice:
OpenData.London is an information service. We are not a financial advisor. We are not liable for any trading or investment decisions made based on our signals or data.
Limitation of Liability:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. TERMINATION

We may suspend your access immediately if:

  • You fail to pay fees when due.
  • You violate these Terms (e.g., API abuse).
  • We are required to do so by law.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
